Facemasks
In order to protect our patients and staff, we are asking that everyone abide by the NYS department of health guidelines, which is face covering both mouth and nose, worn in public places where social distancing is difficult to maintain, including our doctor’s offices. This applies to all people over age 2. We are requiring all patients that come into our office to wear the mask upon arrival and the duration of your time on premises.
Temperature checks
All patients will have temperature check upon arrival, any patients with a temperature above 100.4 will be rescheduled and advised to contact their primary care provider.
Insurance
Any patients that have lost their insurance coverage will be directed to call Ilene our Patient Advocate for assistance with maintaining their health/medication plans.. 518-533-1317, Ilene
Visitors
Please do not bring additional people with you on your visit, this includes children. We are following the guidlines recommended for density control and safety for yourself and our staff. If you do need assistance, then your caregiver must wear a facemask and will be asked to wait in the car during your visit.
Thank you very much for your compliance to these safety precautions. Together we can handle this crisis!
