Kathleen Kissinger FNP-BC

Kathleen Kissinger is a board-certified family nurse practitioner who earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Nursing from Russell Sage College. Katie worked as an RN in pediatrics at Albany Medical Center before returning to Sage to pursue a Master’s degree in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Prior to joining the Center for Rheumatology, she worked in primary care. Katie is a member of the American Nurses Association and NYS Nurse Practitioner Association.

 

Katie recently became certified as an Integrative Health Practitioner. As an IHP Coach, she hopes to work with her patients to make lifestyle changes, such as diet, exercise, and stress management, that, when coupled with traditional medical interventions, can help improve their overall health.
